Use it for pieces for something creative, or for just washing clothes. Regardless, it's free for the first person that shows up with a vehicle that can take them away. A set of Whirlpool washer and dryer. Both work. Timer on the dryer doesn't though, so pushing the start button turns it on, and opening the door turns it off. Dryer will need a new power cord, as we'll need the old one for our new machine. Call me at 512 743 2043 if you're interested.

Re: Free Washer/Dryer
Fri, August 22, 2008 - 11:11 PMThey still haven't been picked up by anyone. I'd thought they would be gone after the jillion calls I got after posting on craigslist. They're in front of my garage at 2642 Gwendolyn Lane (side A), Austin, 78748. If you want 'em, come get 'em. I'll be moving most of the day Saturday and Sunday, but you can just pick them up and go. I've already informed my neighbors that might be happening. -

Re: Free Washer/Dryer
Sat, August 23, 2008 - 12:11 AMWasher is now gone. I just helped a guy load it up onto his truck. Still surprised that someone came over at 2AM, but glad they went to a home that needed them. Apparently he has a baby at home and they've been needing a washer pretty bad.
